The provider named above is responsible for this service and its contents.

PremManager is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Premier League, its clubs or any individual player. Player and match data come from data providers and describe real events.

1. Scope and subject matter

These terms govern the use of PremManager, an online fantasy football game. The contracting party is the provider named in the legal notice.

The game is provided as a software service over the internet. High availability is aimed for but not guaranteed; maintenance windows and outages are possible.

2. Account

An account is required. The details given must be accurate. An account is personal and must not be shared.

You may have your account deleted at any time. Write to the address in the legal notice; deletion follows within 30 days, subject to statutory retention obligations.

3. Not gambling

PremManager is a game of skill and entertainment. No stakes are accepted and no cash or material prizes are awarded.

The amounts used in the game are in-game currency with no real-world value. They cannot be bought, paid out or transferred.

4. Pro subscription, term and cancellation

Pro is offered as a subscription, monthly or yearly. It renews automatically at the end of each period for the same duration unless cancelled beforehand.

You may cancel at any time without giving a reason — through “Manage subscription” on the Pro page, or by email to the address in the legal notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; that period is not refunded pro rata in this case.

5. Free trial

New accounts may try Pro free for 10 days, once. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.

Otherwise the trial converts automatically into a paid subscription. The trial can be used only once per account, regardless of which plan it was started on.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Consumers resident in the EU or the United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of entering into the contract. No particular form is required; write to the address in the legal notice. Payments already made are refunded in full in that case.

Separately, we refund a paid period pro rata where the service was unusable for a prolonged continuous period. A refund for non-use alone is excluded.

7. Prices and payment

The prices shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase apply, including any applicable tax.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled solely there and are at no point accessible to the provider.

Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance and take effect only from the next renewal. Anyone who does not agree may cancel before then.

8. Third-party content and rights

Player, club and match data come from data providers. Third-party names and marks are used solely to identify the real person or organisation in question.

PremManager is not affiliated with the Premier League, its clubs or any individual player.

9. Liability

Liability follows the applicable statutory rules. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Mandatory statutory claims, in particular for personal injury and under mandatory consumer protection law, remain unaffected.

10. Changes to these terms

Changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Anyone who does not agree may cancel before then.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The place of jurisdiction is the provider's seat.

Mandatory consumer protection rules and places of jurisdiction in the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.

Controller

The provider named in the legal notice is the controller for the processing of personal data. For any privacy question, an email to the address given there is enough.

What is processed

Account: email address and display name. Needed to sign you in and to attach your leagues to you.

Game: your squads, transfers, bids, lineups and points. Without these there is no game.

Payment: for a Pro subscription, its status and period. We never see card details — those are handled solely by Stripe.

Usage: which screens were opened how often, aggregated per day and per screen. No profiles are built and no advertising identifiers are set.

Legal basis and purpose

Processing serves the performance of the user contract, compliance with legal obligations (in particular tax retention), and the legitimate interest in operating the service securely and comprehensibly.

Processors

We use processors, each receiving only what their task requires: Clerk (sign-in and account management), Stripe (payments), Vercel (running the website), a database provider for the game data, and Expo for push notifications to the mobile app.

Any disclosure to countries outside Switzerland and the EEA takes place only on the basis of recognised safeguards.

Retention

Account and game data are kept until the account is deleted. Payment records are subject to statutory retention periods of up to ten years.

Aggregated usage figures contain no information about individuals and are kept indefinitely.

Your rights

You may request access to the data processed about you, and its correction or deletion. Write to the address in the legal notice.

If you are resident in the EU or the United Kingdom, you additionally have the statutory rights applicable there, including data portability, objection, and complaint to a supervisory authority.

Cookies

Only strictly necessary cookies are set: one for the sign-in session and one for the chosen language. There is no advertising tracking and no third-party tracking.
